Dispatch needs working English, not fluent English. Understanding phrases, documents, routes and typical conversations — that is what we teach: we give you conversation scripts, work on pronunciation and show you how it sounds on the job. If you are not willing to work on your English at all, we will tell you honestly that it will be hard.

Neither did most of our students before they started. The course begins with how the US market is organised: who the broker, the carrier and the driver are, how the freight and the money move. By the time you reach the practice, you already see the whole picture.

The group format is one class a week of about 1.5 hours plus homework. Mentorship adapts to your schedule completely. People combine the course with a job — that is the normal mode, not the exception.

€199–499 covers the whole course, not a few lessons: live classes, weeks of practice on the academy’s working accounts between them, homework with feedback, an exam, a certificate and a month of mentoring after graduation. Every format except the online group can be paid in two parts: the first at the start, the second mid-course. The most affordable way in is the online group at 199 €.

No, payment is non-refundable — the public offer says so directly, and we tell you before you pay, not after. That is why money is the last step: a free consultation, the contract, a chance to visit the classroom and see it — and only then payment. If classes cannot take place through our fault, we will offer a transfer to another intake or refund the payment minus what you have completed.
