The structure matches Offline Mini-Group exactly: theory is reinforced with practice in every class, followed by homework with feedback. The course takes 6 weeks.

Entering the profession and the US market
Who a Car Hauler Dispatcher is. Brokers, dispatchers, drivers, carrier companies. How the freight and the money move. Real cases and the first homework assignment.
Terminology and the basics of logistics
The Car Hauling vocabulary, types of shipments, types of trucks and drivers, working English. Practice: the terms on real examples and mini-cases that check your understanding.
Pick-up, drop-off and working with locations
Auctions, dealers, private owners. The dispatcher's sequence of actions, delays and problems at loading. Communicating with the broker and the location, and the mistakes beginners make.
Brokers and paperwork
Types of brokers and how to check them. W9, COI, Rate Confirmation, Dispatch Sheet, BOL: reading, checking, typical mistakes. Practice on a full document package.
Loads, platforms and broker calls
Finding and selecting loads in Central Dispatch, getting to know Super Dispatch. The dispatcher's call script, role-play calls in the group and corrections from the instructor.
Live practice, exam and starting your career
Searching for loads together, rates and routes, simulating real working situations. A practical exam, a review of mistakes, a CV and preparation for the job search.
