Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data Freight Path Academy collects, what it is used for and what rights you have as a user of freightpath.academy.

Company details

1. What data we collect

We only collect the data you leave on the site yourself or tell us directly:

  • your name, phone number and, if given, a messenger contact — when you send a request;
  • your email — if you provide it while corresponding with us or enrolling;
  • the course format you are interested in and your English level — from the request form fields;
  • payment details — only if you give them to the manager yourself while arranging payment: the site takes no payments and never asks for card details.

2. Consent to a phone call

By sending a request you give explicit consent to a phone call on the number you provided. We call only about your request: confirming a seat, answering questions, agreeing the start of the course. We do not use your number for automated calling and do not pass it on for third-party advertising.

3. How we use the data

The data is used to:

  • contact you about your request (a call, a message in a messenger);
  • organise the training: access to materials, the schedule, the certificate;
  • process and confirm payment;
  • inform you about changes affecting your course.

4. Who the data is shared with

Requests from the site go directly to the academy's manager (through a secure Telegram notification and/or an internal CRM sheet). We do not sell or pass your personal data to third parties, except where required by law and to the technical contractors that keep the site and payments running.

5. Storage and protection

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the data. That said, transmitting information over the internet can never be guaranteed 100% secure — we keep the amount of data we collect to a minimum in order to reduce the risk.

6. Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing — write to the email or messenger listed in the company details above. Requests are handled within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and web analytics and advertising statistics systems: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) and, where enabled, Google Analytics (Google Ireland). Meta Pixel collects anonymised visit data to measure advertising performance; Meta may use it to serve advertising. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings or enabling do-not-track — this does not affect how the site works.

Request data is passed to our processors purely to handle your enquiry: Telegram (the messenger used to notify the manager), the academy's internal CRM (hosted on Vercel, Neon database) and HubSpot (CRM). We do not sell or pass data on for third-party advertising.

Retention: we keep request data for no longer than 24 months from your last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the updated version.
