Every class is two 45-minute blocks: theory first, then practice on working scenarios right after it. The course takes about a month and a half.

Entering the profession and the US market
Who a Car Hauler Dispatcher is. The players: brokers, dispatchers, drivers, carrier companies. How the freight and the money move.
Terminology and logistics basics
The Car Hauling vocabulary, types of vehicle transport, the basics of US logistics, types of trucks and drivers. Practice: the terms in real situations.
Pick-up, drop-off and locations
Types of locations: auctions, dealers, private owners. The dispatcher's sequence of actions. What to do when the driver is there and the load is not ready.
Brokers and paperwork
Types of brokers: reliable, difficult, private. Platforms (CarsArrive and similar). Company and load documents: W9, COI, BOL, Rate Confirmation.
Loads, platforms and broker calls
Finding and choosing loads in Central Dispatch, working in Super Dispatch. Preparing for the call and the dispatcher's conversation scripts.
Live practice, exam and the start
Searching for loads together, simulating real situations, rates and routes. A final mini-exam and a debrief: where to go after the course.

Yes — the programme is built from zero: from how the US freight market works and the basic terms all the way to practice. You do not need logistics experience. You need the willingness to learn and to do the homework.
