01The programme
6 classes —each with practice
Every class is two 45-minute blocks: theory first, then practice on working scenarios right after it. The course takes about a month and a half.

Entering the profession and the US market
Who a Car Hauler Dispatcher is. The players: brokers, dispatchers, drivers, carrier companies. How the freight and the money move.
Terminology and logistics basics
The Car Hauling vocabulary, types of vehicle transport, the basics of US logistics, types of trucks and drivers. Practice: the terms in real situations.
Pick-up, drop-off and locations
Types of locations: auctions, dealers, private owners. The dispatcher's sequence of actions. What to do when the driver is there and the load is not ready.
Brokers and paperwork
Types of brokers: reliable, difficult, private. Platforms (CarsArrive and similar). Company and load documents: W9, COI, BOL, Rate Confirmation.
Loads, platforms and broker calls
Finding and choosing loads in Central Dispatch, working in Super Dispatch. Preparing for the call and the dispatcher's conversation scripts.
Live practice, exam and the start
Searching for loads together, simulating real situations, rates and routes. A final mini-exam and a debrief: where to go after the course.
02How the week works
How a week oftraining works
One class a week — not because it is easier, but because the main thing happens between classes: a week of real work, then reviewed for every student.
The class
The instructor demonstrates on a live board and in a broker call, then everyone tries it themselves — once or twice, with the instructor present.
A week of practice
A substantial assignment on the academy's working accounts under the instructor's supervision: finding loads for a specific truck, calling brokers, handling paperwork — like on the job, all week.
The review
The next class opens with a review of every student's assignment: what you found, how you called, where you slipped.
Six such cycles — and by graduation you have five weeks of real work on the boards behind you, not a notebook.
Students do not need their own board subscriptions: practice runs on the academy's accounts.

Common questions about the group
Yes — the programme is built from zero: from how the US freight market works and the basic terms all the way to practice. You do not need logistics experience. You need the willingness to learn and to do the homework.
The group formats — ONLINE GROUP and Offline Mini-Group — are taught in Russian: the teacher explains in Romanian when needed, but the materials and the group discussion are in Russian. Pro Mentorship can be run entirely in Romanian — we agree the language before the start. Video lessons and study materials are in Russian in every format.
Working English, not perfect English. A dispatcher needs to understand documents, routes and typical conversations — you do not need to sound like a native speaker. On the course we give you ready scripts for broker calls and work on pronunciation. Honestly: if you are not willing to improve your English at all, it will be hard — and we will tell you that on the consultation. If you have no English at all, there is a separate English course for American logistics: 8 one-on-one sessions, explained in Romanian."
The price is fixed: €199 for the online group, €299 for the in-person group, €399 for the one-on-one format, €399 for the General Freight classroom and €499 for General Freight one-on-one. The online group is paid in one payment; the other formats can be paid in full or split in two: the first part at the start of the course, the second mid-course. We go through all the terms on the consultation, before any payment.
