How long is the course?

ONLINE GROUP and Offline Mini-Group run for 6 weeks: 6 classes of about 1.5 hours. The online group meets Wednesdays at 19:00, the in-person group in Chișinău meets Fridays at 18:00. Pro Mentorship takes about a month on average: 10 video lessons plus 8 one-on-one sessions of 60 minutes, with the pace adjusted to your schedule.

Can I start from scratch, with no logistics experience?

Yes — the programme is built from zero: from how the US freight market works and the basic terms all the way to practice. You do not need logistics experience. You need the willingness to learn and to do the homework.

What language are the lessons in?

The group formats — ONLINE GROUP and Offline Mini-Group — are taught in Russian: the teacher explains in Romanian when needed, but the materials and the group discussion are in Russian. Pro Mentorship can be run entirely in Romanian — we agree the language before the start. Video lessons and study materials are in Russian in every format.

What level of English do I need?

Working English, not perfect English. A dispatcher needs to understand documents, routes and typical conversations — you do not need to sound like a native speaker. On the course we give you ready scripts for broker calls and work on pronunciation. Honestly: if you are not willing to improve your English at all, it will be hard — and we will tell you that on the consultation.

Is there practice or is it only theory?

Practice is the backbone of the course: finding loads in Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch, going through broker calls with scripts, working with documents (Rate Confirmation, BOL), calculating rates. In the group formats every class is split between theory and practice; in mentorship half of the one-on-one sessions are practical.

What is included in Pro Mentorship?

10 video lessons that stay yours forever, 8 one-on-one sessions of 60 minutes with the mentor (theory + practice), negotiation scripts, document templates, a dispatcher's Excel tools, homework with detailed feedback, a final exam and a certificate, help with your CV and with the next steps. The price is €399.

How does the group format differ from one-on-one?

The programme is essentially the same; there are three formats. ONLINE GROUP — live online classes Wednesdays at 19:00, up to 10 people, from anywhere (€199). The in-person group — a classroom in Chișinău Fridays at 18:00, up to 8 people, a live atmosphere (€299). Mentorship is one-on-one online, with a flexible schedule and full attention to your own mistakes (€399).

Is there help after the course?

Yes, on two levels. First: we work with trucking companies and, when employers are interested, we refer our students to them. Second — in any case: you are taught by a working specialist who shows you where to look for work, helps you put a CV together, prepares you for interviews, and in the last lesson you search for real openings together.

Do you guarantee employment?

Accepted Answer

Nobody gives guarantees, and anyone who does is not worth trusting. But here is the fact: more than 80% of our graduates start working within the first weeks after the course. We do our part — the foundation, the practice, the materials, the CV, the interview preparation and the referral to our partners. After that it depends on your practice, your English and how your interviews go.

Where do the classes take place?

Offline Mini-Group — in the academy's classroom: Bd. Decebal 6, 4th floor, Totem CoWorking, Chișinău. ONLINE GROUP — live online classes in the group's closed room, from anywhere. Pro Mentorship — online, one-on-one with the mentor.

Question 11

What certificate do you issue?

Accepted Answer

A Car Hauling Dispatcher certificate from Freight Path Academy. It is not issued for having paid, but after completed homework and the final exam — so it confirms the practice you went through. It is an academy document, not a US state licence: employers look at your skills and at the interview, and the certificate helps show that the training was really completed.

How does the free consultation work?

It is a 15–20 minute conversation in whichever messenger suits you. We go through your situation and your goal, assess your English, explain the profession and the formats, answer your questions and tell you honestly whether this path fits you. Nobody will push you to pay.

Question 13

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

The price is fixed: €199 for the online group, €299 for the in-person group, €399 for the one-on-one format. The online group is paid in one payment; the in-person group, Pro Mentorship and General Freight can be paid in full or split in two: the first part at the start of the course, the second mid-course. We go through all the terms on the consultation, before any payment.

Question 14

What happens after I leave a request?

Within one business day the academy's manager will call you: we confirm the request, answer your questions and agree on a time for the consultation. No automated mailing lists.

Question 15

Can I just get information without buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that is exactly what the consultation is for. If after the conversation you decide dispatch is not for you — that is a normal outcome too. Better to understand that before paying than after.
