Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between FREIGHT PATH SRL (the "Academy", "we") and users of freightpath.academy and of the Academy's services. By using the site you confirm that you accept these terms.

2. Services

The Academy provides educational services in the Truck Dispatcher / Car Hauling Dispatcher profession in three formats: Online Group (live group classes online), Offline Mini-Group (classes in a mini-group at the Academy's classroom in Chișinău) and Pro Mentorship (one-on-one online mentorship: video lessons, live sessions with a mentor, practical assignments, learning materials).

The Academy does not guarantee employment or any particular level of income: the result depends on practice, on the level of English and on the student's own actions.

3. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

• provide accurate contact information when sending a request and registering;
• use the learning materials solely for their own study;
• not copy, distribute or resell the materials without the Academy's written permission;
• not give third parties access to the learning materials or the classes.

4. Intellectual property

All site and course materials — texts, video lessons, scripts, templates, checklists, brand identity — are protected by intellectual property law and belong to FREIGHT PATH SRL. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

The Academy is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site and the services, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of the Republic of Moldova.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new version.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the competent court at the place of registration of FREIGHT PATH SRL.
