Public Offer

The public offer of FREIGHT PATH SRL for the educational services of Freight Path Academy. Paying for the course means accepting the terms of this agreement. A request on the site is a request for a free consultation; it is not an acceptance and commits you to nothing.

Company details

1. Subject of the agreement

FREIGHT PATH SRL (the "Provider") undertakes to give an individual (the "Client") access to the educational programme in the Truck Dispatcher / Car Hauling Dispatcher profession in the chosen format (online group, offline mini-group or one-on-one online Pro Mentorship), and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for the services.

Payment for the chosen programme constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer. Submitting a request on the site does not constitute acceptance.

2. Price and payment procedure

The prices of the programmes are fixed and stated on the site: Online Group — EUR 199, Offline Mini-Group — EUR 299, Pro Mentorship — EUR 399, General Freight Dispatch — EUR 399. No payment is taken on the site: after a request, the manager contacts the Client, confirms the terms and agrees the payment method.

Payment is made before the course begins. For the Offline Mini-Group, Pro Mentorship and General Freight Dispatch formats, payment may be made in two parts: at the start of the course and mid-course. Online Group is paid in a single payment. For Pro Mentorship, access to the video lessons is opened within 24 hours of payment being confirmed; for the group formats the learning materials are provided as the classes progress according to the schedule of the group that has been formed, and the date of the first class is agreed between the parties.

Signing the agreement is not payment: the Provider's obligation to deliver the services arises when payment is received (when paying in two parts — the first part). If payment is not received within 3 calendar days of the date of signing, the agreement terminates automatically, with no obligations on either party. Until payment is received, no seat in the group is held for the Client.

3. How the services are delivered

Depending on the chosen format, the services include:

  • Online Group: 6 live classes (~1.5 hours) in a closed online room in a mini-group of up to 10 people, homework with feedback, a group chat with the instructor, a final exam and a certificate;
  • Offline Mini-Group: 6 classes (~1.5 hours) in a mini-group of up to 8 people in the Provider's classroom in Chișinău, practical assignments, learning materials, a final exam and a certificate;
  • Pro Mentorship: 10 video lessons (the Client keeps access), 8 one-on-one sessions of 60 minutes, homework review, learning materials and templates, a final exam and a certificate;
  • advisory support on the programme for the duration of the course.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to deliver the services to a proper standard and within the agreed timeframe; it may change the class schedule, having notified the Client in advance.

The Client undertakes to attend classes on time and complete the assignments; to use the materials only for their own study; and not to give third parties access.

5. Outcome and certificate

The Car Hauling Dispatcher certificate is issued after the programme has been completed: the homework and the final exam. The Provider does not guarantee employment or any particular income for the Client; assistance (a CV, interview preparation, referrals to partners) is an opportunity, not a guarantee.

6. Payment is non-refundable

The payment made secures a seat in the group for the Client, which the Provider then withdraws from further sale, and covers the organisational preparation for the intake (for the one-on-one format — it reserves the instructor's time and starts the preparation of access). Unilateral withdrawal at the Client's initiative, including before the first class begins, does not oblige the Provider to return the payment made.

The amount paid is not refunded in the event of changes in the Client's personal circumstances, plans, work schedule or financial situation, the absence of the necessary equipment or internet connection, non-attendance, missed classes, early termination of the course, or failure to make use of the opportunity provided to complete the programme.

An exception applies only where the programme cannot be delivered through the Provider's fault, or where a refund is expressly required by mandatory provisions of the law of the Republic of Moldova. In such a case the Provider may offer a transfer to another intake and, on a refund, may withhold the value of the services actually rendered and reasonable costs, within the limits permitted by law.

Where the agreement is concluded remotely, by making payment the Client expressly asks the Provider to reserve the seat immediately and begin the organisational preparation, including before the expiry of the withdrawal period applicable by law. This does not limit those mandatory consumer rights which may not be waived by agreement.

7. Other terms

All relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. The current version of the offer is published on this page; for programmes already paid for, the version in force at the time of payment applies.
