A detailed walkthrough of the script: pronunciation, pauses, possible replies. Broker calls — practice ones and, by agreement, real ones.
Script #2 — "Checking the load is ready"
Calls to shippers: private party, dealer, auction. A checklist of questions: VIN, condition, contacts, loading windows.
The dispatcher's Excel + final exam
A trip tracking sheet: Load ID, route, miles, rate, costs, net. The final exam and recommendations for starting out.
