You find the load on the board, work out the rate, agree it with the broker and run the trip through to payment. We work with every truck posted on DAT and Truckstop. Classes in a Chișinău classroom, a mini-group of up to 8.

01What is hauled
Every truck you will findon DAT and Truckstop
We do not stop at one trailer type: the course covers everything that actually gets posted on the boards. Each type has its own requirements, its own rates and its own call with the broker.
Dry Van
An enclosed trailer — the most common freight: goods, packaging, pallets.
Reefer
A refrigerated trailer — food and anything that travels temperature-controlled.
Flatbed
An open deck — building materials, machinery, oversized loads.
Power Only
A tractor without its own trailer — it picks up the customer's trailer and hauls it.

- A rolling-tarp flatbed — covered freight, loaded from the top and sides.
- Hotshot
- A pickup with a gooseneck trailer — urgent, smaller loads.

- A low platform for machinery and oversized loads.
A trailer type is not a separate profession: the mechanics of searching, pricing and calling stay the same — what changes is the freight requirements and the questions you ask.
02The programme
6 classes —each with practice
Theory, then practice on working scenarios right after it. A class is about an hour and a half; the course takes about a month and a half.

The US general freight market
Who takes part in a trip: shipper, broker, carrier, driver. How the freight and the money move, who pays whom and what the dispatcher is responsible for.
Trailer and freight types
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, conestoga, power only: what goes in which, weights and dimensions, securement and tarps — and where beginners most often go wrong.
Load boards
Working in DAT and Truckstop: filters and saved searches, judging a rate, dollars per mile, empty miles, payment terms, checking the broker.
Negotiating with brokers
The call script from hello to confirmation: what you must ask, where to negotiate, how to close the call and get the Rate Confirmation.
Paperwork and running the trip
Rate Confirmation, BOL, POD, invoice, detention and layover. The trip from pick-up to delivery: statuses, problem situations, money.
Live practice and the final debrief
Finding real loads for a specific truck, working out rates, simulated calls. A final debrief: a CV and the first steps after the course.

After the final debrief — the academy's General Freight Dispatch certificate. It confirms the practice you completed, not the fact that you paid.

04The instructor
Who leadsthe direction
The direction has its own instructor — someone who works with general freight themselves: the DAT and Truckstop boards, broker calls, trip paperwork. They teach from their own daily practice, not from someone else's notes.

06Finding work
An honest look atwhat comes after the course
We do not sell the fairy tale of "you paid, so you got a job". Here is what actually happens — two levels of help.

Nobody can guarantee employment — the result depends on your practice and your English. But you do not leave the course into a void: you leave with a plan, a finished CV and a first list of openings.
